  • The use of a telephone number with customized answer.

What kind of secretarial assistance is included in the price of the Virtual Office service?
Pick Center staff will assist you with a personalised phone answering service on a number which will be assigned to you, and will forward the calls to you or alternatively take a message, which will immediately be forwarded to you via email or WhatsApp. Our staff will also receive your mail and notify you via email. Any additional service can be requested from our staff, and will be included in your monthly fee.

When is the service operational?
Our Secretariat is at your disposal from Monday to Friday during office hours, with continuous hours.

Can I have Pick Center as my Company’s legal address?
Yes, by signing a specific contract you can register your Company’s legal address at a location assigned to you by Pick Center.

What does the legal address service include?
The assigned address, which you can use in a personalised manner on your documents and indicate to the competent authorities (CCIAA etc.). The service includes not only tax domiciliation, but also collection of your mail on the part of our secretary, and subsequent immediate notification via email and forwarding according to your instructions.

Would it be possible to receive a personal telephone number?
By signing a Personalised telephone number contract, you will enable our staff to receive your calls and answer with the name of the Company and thus either forward the calls or take a message, which will immediately be forwarded to you via email or WhatsApp.

What is the difference between the Legal Smart and Legal Standard services?
The Standard Legal Address service is the legal address option for Companies which are already formed, whereas the Smart Legal Address service, with a discounted price for the first 12 months, is for Companies which are still in development.
